Roberto A. Montalvo Esq. is an Immigration Attorney practicing in the Central and South Florida Area. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico Law School, where he graduated in 2011. Before that he obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration (B.B.A.) in 2007 with a Major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.
As a Law Student in 2009 he interned at Carlo & Prats, P.S.C. and in 2010 he participated in an exchange program with the University of Barcelona Law School in Spain.
He obtained his Puerto Rico Bar License in March of 2012.
Attorney Montalvo is also a Licensed Florida Notary.
In his professional career, Attorney Montalvo has successfully represented individuals and organizations before the Courts of Puerto Rico, in a wide variety of cases.
